about us Heritage Oaks is located in Manvel, Texas, a small town south of Houston. We have a small dairy herd of Nubian goats. I began raising goats in 1996, and showing goats in 1999. Heritage Oaks' goal is to produce goats of exceptional quality that exemplify the breed standard in appearance, milk production and disposition. I would like to thank Shirley Chapman of Heritage Song Farm, Don and Donna Moore of Moore's Meadows, and Cindy Stewart of Buttercup Acres for the foundation stock that started the Heritage Oaks breeding program. Attention to details in record keeping, sanitation, nutrition, and care make Heritage Oaks a successful dairy goat farm. A routine worming schedule is followed and our herd is CAE/CL tested. Does have assisted births and kids are raised on heat treated colostrum and pastuerized milk. Heritage Oaks has bi-annual linear appraisal of our goats. Our does are not currently on milk test. We sell healthy, show quality goats with excellent dispositions. Our for sale page lists goats currently available and lists reservations for kids.

To Reserve:

Before Kidding:

1. Contact us and let us know you would like to reserve.

2. Fill out the Pre-Parturition Reservation Contract.

3. Mail us your completed contract and deposit.

Note: You can also reserve kids from a particular dam. Simply make a note of your preference on your contract. Please keep in mind that this will limit the scope of your reservation.

After Weaning:

1. Contact us and make an appointment to visit our farm.

2. Select the animals you would like to purchase.

3. Fill out out Reservation Contract.

4. Mail or give us the completed contract and deposit.

To reserve a goat, all we require is a $50 non-refundable deposit per goat. This deposit will place you on a list. We, in turn, will contact everyone on the list in the order we received their deposits, and give them the opportunity to make an appointment. Detailed terms are included in the reservation contracts.
